One of my greatest strengths is in working with rural properties and vacant land. I was born and raised in the country which has given me a great appreciation of the rural atmosphere. In addition, another of my strengths is problem solving. I believe there is a solution to every situation and continue to work with my clients until a conclusion is reached. Special Interests
In my spare time, I enjoy participating in outdoor activities such as trapp shooting, fishing, hunting, camping and school theater events. I believe this work has helped me to be a more knowledgeable citizen and a much more qualified REALTOR.

All my listings automatically have the Edina Realty Home Warranty One program placed on them as an assurance for the seller during the listing period and for the buyers during their first year in the home. This program is paid for by myself at closing as a benefit to my clients.(Exception is Fannie Mae Foreclosure Properties).
